Return Policy
Need to return? No problem. We take returns for any items purchased from MutedCo for a full refund within 10 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to our warehouse.
To receive a full refund, items must be packed back in the original packaging. The items must not have any damages or stains, signs of wear, improper care, or any pet dander, fur, dirt, or grass.
All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team via email at Support@MutedCo.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return, and we will send you a shipping label for your item if required.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME & FEES
Once we receive your returned item in our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for processing your return and an additional 2-3 business days to receive your refund. You pay only for the shipping fees. No restocking fee or any other hidden costs.
